Our Baby is getting big!!

Yesterday, Danny, Davis, & I made our way to Cincinatti for my last appointment w/ the specialist for this pregnancy.  It was bitter sweet b/c they've been so good to me, so I'm sad to leave.  But, I'm super excited to start a normal pregnancy routine w/ a normal Doctor.  

We got another sneak peak at our little baby.  He or she was sucking on his/her fingers.  It was so cute to see the baby moving around & waving.  

Davis was so excited, he wouldn't hand over the picture to us.  I promised him, we'd take & make him a copy to keep in his wallet.  He's just really amazed that a baby is growing in his Mommy's belly.  

GOD is SOOO GOOD!

A Blog With A New Name

People keep telling me that I need to change the name of my blog.  These well meaning people do have a good point.   

However, have they thought of any names to suggest to me?? NOOOOO, they claim that is my job! HAHA  

Don't these people understand I'm trying to name a baby right now?  Anyone who has ever named a child understand this stress.  So, I'm in the market for a new blog name.  Any suggestion?  I'd love to hear them & I may even use it.  If I do use your suggestion, there will be a prize in store for you!  So, you get nameing rights & a prize.   Good deal, huh?  

So, C'mon my 2 readers...... get out your thinking caps & come up w/ a good blog name for my soon to be family of 4 blog!

Our 1st ultrasound

Yesterday, Danny, Davis, & I traveled back to Florence Y'all for my 1st prenatal visit & ultrasound.  I'm still seeing the RE in Cinci/Northern KY until he releases me to a regular OB/Gyn.  

We were able to see the heartbeat on the screen & the Dr was pleased w/ everything he saw.  He said the baby has a strong heartbeat & is attached in just the right spot.  

I go back in 2 weeks for another u/s & then I should be released to see my own OB/Gyn.  

Davis was so cute!  When it was time to go, he said "Wait, what about the baby?".  He thought we were going to be able to take the baby home yesterday.  We had to explain that the baby has to grow bigger & bigger before he/she gets to come home with us.  

For the past few weeks Davis has been insistant he wants a sister, then on the way home from DC, he announced "If it's a boy, we'll name him Salt".  HMMM... already tormenting his brother!!  Danny & I said that he'd be salt of the earth, but we'd have to give him a different name.
